The Blue Trail (Cinque Terre)
The Blue Path is the most well-known trail from village to village in the Parco Nazionale dei Cinque Terre. The entire trek is 12 km (7.5 mi) long, and can be done in one day or several (with stopping at the beaches and the villages), and the length is marked with blue-and-white stripes. This ancient path can be slippery and steep at times, so proper footwear is needed. Visitors are asked to pay a small fee to take this scenic path.
